Oven Roasted Pumpkin Seeds - Lowfat Recipe

  1. Thoroughly wash pumpkin seeds.
  2. Fill large pot with heavily salted water.
  3. Add pumpkin seeds.
  4. Soak for at least 24 hours (will not hurt them if they soak longer - I've soaked them for up to 3 days.)
  5. Drain.
  6. Spread on cookie sheets in a single layer.
  7. Cook in oven at 250 degrees (125 C.) until dry.
  8. Enjoy.
