Chicken-Egg Tamagoyaki

  1. Make the chicken filling.
  2. Put all the ingredients except the minced chicken in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Add chicken and stir well with chopsticks.
  4. Simmer until the moisture has evaporated.
  5. Stir the egg mixture with cooking chopsticks.
  6. Spread vegetable oil thinly in a frying pan (not listed) and heat.
  7. Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture.
  8. Put the chicken mixture from Step 1 on top and roll the omelette from the edge.
  9. After rolling, bring the omelet towards you.
  10. Pour another 1/4 of the egg mixture and roll.
  11. Repeat this process over medium heat.
  12. After rolling 4 times the omelette looks like this.
  13. Let it cool down, then slice with a knife.
