Chocolate-Cognac Cream

  1. Using electric mixer, beat cream and sugar in medium bowl to soft peaks.
  2. Add cocoa and Cognac; beat until peaks form.
  3. (Can be made 6 hours ahead.
  4. Cover; chill.)
