Polenta Pizza Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
- 1 c. cool water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.
- Place cornmeal in a small bowl.
- Add in cool water and stir till uniformly combined.
- 2.
- Stir cornmeal mix into saucepan of boiling water.
- Cook, stirring over low heat till thick (about 5 min).
- 3.
- Remove from heat, and stir in Parmesan.
- Form a crust in a greased 9 inch pie pan.
- (Use wet hands and/or possibly a spatula to pat it into place).
- 4.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 min.
- Remove from oven.
- Turn oven down to 350 degrees.
