Sausage Lasagna for 4

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove casing from sausage, if necessary; crumble into small square ovenproof skillet.
  3. Cook over medium heat until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in broccoli, onions and pasta sauce; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
  5. Mix egg white and ricotta until blended.
  6. Remove half the sauce from skillet; reserve for later use.
  7. Place 1 noodle over remaining sauce in skillet; cover with ricotta mixture.
  8. Top with remaining noodle, reserved sauce and shredded cheese.
  9. Bake 20 min.
  10. or until heated through.
