Sausage Lasagna for 4
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) Italian sausage
- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli rabe
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 refrigerated lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Remove casing from sausage, if necessary; crumble into small square ovenproof skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
- Stir in broccoli, onions and pasta sauce; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
- Mix egg white and ricotta until blended.
- Remove half the sauce from skillet; reserve for later use.
- Place 1 noodle over remaining sauce in skillet; cover with ricotta mixture.
- Top with remaining noodle, reserved sauce and shredded cheese.
- Bake 20 min.
