Hearty Italian Chicken Chowder
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 cup (1/2 of 19-fl oz/540-mL can) diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, undrained
- 1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup whole grain elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Pizza Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Bring to boil on high heat, stirring frequently.
- Simmer on medium heat 10 min.
- or until chicken is done and macaroni is tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
