Marinated Flank Steak
- 1- 1/2 pound Flank Steak
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Marinate steak in the well combined ingredients for 5 6 hours or preferably overnight.
- Cook on preheated grill to desired doneness.
- Make sure to let the meat come to room temperature prior to grilling for best results.
- Cut this meat in thin slices at a slight angle against the grain.
