SURE.JELL for Less or No Sugar Needed Recipes - Peach Freezer Jam

  1. Rinse clean plastic containers and lids with boiling water.
  2. Dry thoroughly.
  3. Peel and pit peaches.
  4. Finely chop or grind fruit.
  5. Measure exactly 4 cups prepared fruit into large bowl.
  6. Stir in lemon juice.
  7. Place sugar in large saucepan.
  8. Add pectin; mix well.
  9. Stir in water.
  10. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  11. Boil and stir 1 min.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Immediately add peach mixture; stir 1 min.
  14. or until well blended.
  15. Fill all containers immediately to within 1/2 inch of tops.
  16. Wipe off top edges of containers; immediately cover with lids.
  17. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours.
  18. Jam is now ready to use.
  19. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or freeze extra containers up to 1 year.
  20. Thaw in refrigerator before using.
