Chicken Camembert Involtini
- 1/4 cup CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
- 8 chicken thigh fillets
- 125g KRAFT* Camembert, cut into slices
- 16 pancetta slices
- Spread 2 teaspoons of pesto on the inside of each fillet, top with a slice of camembert.
- Roll in two slices of pancetta and pin together with toothpicks.
- Bake in a moderate oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
