Bacon Pimiento Cheese

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet four to five minutes on each side or until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon, and drain on paper towels.
  3. Crumble bacon.
  4. Stir together bacon, cheese and remaining ingredients just until well blended.
  5. Store cheese mixture in an airtight container in refrigerator up to one week.
