Pumpkaccino Brownies
- 1 tsp instant cappuccino mix
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup instant cappuccino mix
- 3 cup powder sugar
- 2 stick softened unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup pumpkin spice instant mix
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 cup cool whip topping
- 1 pumpkin pie spice to garnish
- preheat oven to 350 bake.
- I foil lined and sprayed a 9x13 baking dish and baked brownies as directed just adding coffee & cappuccino mix to it.let cool
- add pumpkin and butter together till smooth.then add all other ingredients except cool whip.whip till combined, now add in 1/2 tub of cool whip topping till combined.
- Top brownies with last 1/2 cool whip & pumpkin pie spice..i like to freeze for 30 minutes then refrigerate so topping can set.
