Pumpkaccino Brownies

  1. preheat oven to 350 bake.
  2. I foil lined and sprayed a 9x13 baking dish and baked brownies as directed just adding coffee & cappuccino mix to it.let cool
  3. add pumpkin and butter together till smooth.then add all other ingredients except cool whip.whip till combined, now add in 1/2 tub of cool whip topping till combined.
  4. Top brownies with last 1/2 cool whip & pumpkin pie spice..i like to freeze for 30 minutes then refrigerate so topping can set.
