Cheesy Onion Fried Chicken

• 2 skinless chicken breast
• 1 small onion
• 3 tbsp mozarella cheese or any cheese
• 1 tsp cajun spice
• 1 dash salt
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• 1 egg
• 1 cup bread crumbs

1. slice in between the chicken breast open up and add seasoning
2. mix cheesy onion then fill chicken breast up and fasten with toothpick
3. coat chicken with eggs first then coat chicken with bread crumbs
4. deep fry chicken for about 7 minute till cooked and crispy then drain
5. slice up and serve with a dash of lemon juice
