Chicken & Peppers Skillet Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into 1/8 inch thick slices.
  2. In bowl, mix chicken, soy sauce, wine, cornstarch, garlic pwdr and sugar, set aside.
  3. In 12 inch skillet, over medium heat, in 2 Tbsp.
  4. salad oil, cook green peppers and mushrooms, stirring quickly and frequently till tender- crisp, about 2 min.
  5. Put into bowl.
  6. In same skillet, over high heat, in 3 Tbsp.
  7. warm salad oil, cook chicken, about 5 min.
  8. Return vegetables to skillet, add in water.
  9. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  10. Serve with pitas.
  11. 4 servings.
