Roast Pork with Figs & Pears

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place meat in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray,.
  3. Surround with pears, onions and garlic.
  4. Bake 25 min.
  5. or until meat is done (160 degrees F), drizzing with dressing the last 15 min.
  6. Transfer meat to cutting board; tent with foil.
  7. Let stand 10 min.
  8. before slicing.
  9. Serve with roasted pears and onions.
