Classic Chicken Chalupas

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly oil a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the soup, green chiles, sour cream, 1/2 of the cheeses, and 1/2 of the green onions.
  4. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of this mixture for topping.
  5. To the remainder of the mixture, add the chicken and mix well.
  6. Place 3 heaping tablespoons of the chicken filling on each tortilla and roll.
  7. Place seam side down in the baking dish in a single layer.
  8. Spread reserved topping mixture over the chalupas.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese & green onions.
  10. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
