Baked Mackeral With Mustard Sauce
- 2 mackerel fillet
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp wasabi paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp worchesterchire sauce
- 2 tbsp multigrain mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- apply some olive oil on fish then season with dash of salt and pepper
- bake at 200 C for 20 minute on both both till its lightly crispy and cooked
- Option 1,,,,Mix sauce option then springkle over fish and serve immediately
- OPTION 2, pan fry onion for 5 second then add whole grain mustatd sauce mixture tgen off heat and mix well and add a little olive oil
