El Corazon

• 1 lemon wedge
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons cracked pepper
• Ice
• 3 ounces silver tequila
• 2 ounces passion fruit nectar or juice
• 3/4 ounce pomegranate juice
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

1. Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge; mix the salt and pepper and coat the rim lightly with the mixture.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well.
4. Strain into the glass.
