Chinese Pepper Steaks Recipe

  1. Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick strips.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Add in garlic salt, ginger, and pepper.
  4. Saute/fry till garlic is golden brown.
  5. Add in steak brown lightly 2 min.
  6. Remove meat.
  7. Add in green peppers, onions.
  8. Cook on medium high 4 to 5 min.
  9. Return meat to pan.
  10. Add in soy sauce, sugar, bouillon, cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. cool water.
  11. Simmer about 2 min till sauce thickens.
  12. Add in green onions.
  13. Serve over warm rice.
  14. Enjoy Enjoy.
