Smoked Salmon Ball Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
• 1 (6 ounce.) can salmon
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1/2 c. minced walnuts
• 1 tbsp. parsley flakes

1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigeratewell.
2. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts and parsley flakes.
3. May be made ahead of time and frzn.
4. Spread on crackers or possibly bread.
