Boneless Pork Roast Recipe

  1. Sprinkle roast with seasonings.
  2. Wrap bacon slices around roast.
  3. Place in Dutch oven.
  4. Pour vermouth over top.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees till done (about 40-45 min per lb.).
  6. Baste occasionally to keep moist.
