Heathers Super Fabulous Protein Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together.
  3. Add in peanut butter, water and almond syrup.
  4. Mix well.
  5. It will be a big sticky brownie-ish glob.
  6. Spray a 9x9 pan with nonstick spray.
  7. Spread mixture into pan.
  8. Use aluminum foil to cover edges of pan and mixture(like a shield for the edges)
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  10. It should look done on top but slightly raw inside when done, as it will harden as it cools.
  11. Allow to cool and cut into 9 squares.
