Blue Berry Crumble Muffins
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup Blue Berries
- preheat oven 400F.
- Combine Sugar, Flour, Butter & Cinnamon in a small bowl with a Fork.
- Combine Flour, Sugar, Salt & Baking Powder.
- Place oil into 1cup measuring cup, add egg and enough milk to fill to 1 cup line.
- Mix this to dry mixture.
- Mix well.
- Fold in Blueberries.
- Fill Muffin cups to top.
- Sprinkle all ready made Crumble topping on.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes
