Jays chicken pasta salad

  1. cook & shred chicken place in large bowl
  2. stir in lemon pepper, salt and lemon juice
  3. shred lettuce and mix in
  4. cook pasta until done.
  5. drain and set aside
  6. add drained mixed veggies and corn to chicken mixture
  7. add pasta.
  8. stir
  9. add mayo stirring in until its as creamy as you prefer it.
  10. put a lid or plastic wrap on bowl and put in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight serve with crackers or alone : )
  11. to make this even more affordable use canned chicken.
