Broccoli And Lemon Dish Recipe
- 2 lb broccoli minced
- 1 c. water Juice of 2 fresh lemons
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or possibly potato starch for Passover

- Steam broccoli over water in a large pot for several min, till tender.
- In a separate pot over medium heat, constantly stir elmon juice, water and cornstarch till the sauce thickens, about 2 min.
- Serve over steamed broccoli.
