Peanut Butter Streusel Pie & Meringue Recipe

  1. Blend peanut butter (1/3 c.) with powdered sugar till mealy.
  2. Sprinkle 2/3 of the mix into pie shell.
  3. Combine flour, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
  4. Stir in lowfat milk.
  5. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, till thick.
  6. Stir small amount of filling into egg yolks.
  7. Combine with remaining warm mix and cook several min longer.
  8. Add in butter, vanilla and 1/4 c. peanut butter.
  9. Pour into pie shell.
