Great for kids! Simply Stewed Tofu with Tuna and Corn
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1 thumbtip's worth Ginger
- 3 tbsp Light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Frozen corn
- 1 small can Canned tuna (oil packed)
- Slice the onions into wedges.
- Cut the tofu in large bite-size pieces.
- Put the canned tuna along with the oil in a preheated frying pan.
- Add the onions, and saute until soft.
- Once they are soft, add the tofu, sake and sugar.
- When the tofu starts to release its moistuer, add the soy sauce, corn, and ginger.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, and you're finished!
- For those who like corn, you can add more to taste.
