Butter Roasted Mahi Mahi
- 4 mahi mahi fillets
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sake or white wine
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp butter
- 1 pinch dried parsley
- Remove the skin of mahi mahi and cut into smaller pieces.
- Put the mahi mahi in a bowl with garlic, salt and pepper and olive oil, and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan and fry the mahi mahi on both sides until golden.
- Remove onto a warmed dish.
- Using the same pan, add the sake or wine, soy sauce, and butter and mix well over low heat.
- Pour the sauce over the mahi mahi and garnish with parsley.
