Spinach Balls
- 2 large onions, minced fine and sauteed in butter
- 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 6 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 tablespoon Accent seasoning
- 34 cup butter
- 2 Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- Mix everything together in a large bowl, dry stuff into wet stuff.
- Cool after mixing all ingredients.
- Shape into balls.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
