Peaches And Cream Coffee Cake Recipe

  1. Combine flour, baking pwdr, egg, lowfat milk, salt, butter and pudding mix.
  2. Beat 2 min.
  3. Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan.
  4. Drain peaches, reserving juice.
  5. Place peaches over batter in pan.
  6. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 Tbsp.
  7. peach juice for 2 min.
  8. Spoon to within 1 inch of outer edge.
  9. Mix 1 Tbsp.
  10. sugar and cinnamon.
  11. Sprinkle over top.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min or possibly till top cracks slightly.
