Waffles with Peanut Butter

• 2 frozen waffles
• 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
• 1 medium orange
• 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk

1. Heat waffles per package directions.
2. Top each with 1/2 Tbsp.
3. peanut butter.
4. Enjoy waffles with an orange.
5. Serve breakfast with a glass of milk.
