Buddha's Benevolence Bowl
- gallon water
- 4 onions
- 4 large carrots
- 1 head celery
- 1 large ginger
- 1 head garlic
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lb shiitake mushrooms
- 1 lb small mustard greens
- 1 lb oriental noodles (of your choice)
- 1 scallions
- Put first 8 ingredients in a large pot, roughly chopping the vegetables & boil for 1hour.
- Remove & strain all vegetables.
- These veggies are no longer needed, they were just to make the veggie stock.
- In separate pot boil noodles & set aside.
- Chop up mushrooms & mustard green & cook in veggie broth.
- Add noodles to bowl & ladle in broth with veggies & garnish with scallions
- Eat & enjoy
