Salami Bread Recipe
- 2 loaves frzn white bread dough
- 8 ounce. Italian salami
- 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Thaw bread.
- Roll out 1 loaf as thin as possible.
- Beat together one egg, oregano, and garlic salt.
- Spread 3/4 egg mix on dough then 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 of the salami.
- Roll up like cinnamon rolls, tucking ends as you roll.
- Place seam side down on greased jelly roll pan.
- Prick top with fork and spread rest of egg mix on bread with fingers.
- Repeat with other loaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min till deep golden.
- Yield: 2 loaves.
