South Carolina Red Rice

  1. Fry sausage until brown, breaking up meat with a fork.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper and cook additional three minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
