Sibut Chinese Soup
- 1 kilo free range native chicken
- 1 pack sibut or 4 herbs
- 8 Cups Water
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
- Wash the chicken pieces very well.
- Set aside.
- Heat up some oil in a big pot.
- Saute the garlic and ginger until fragant but not burnt.
- Add the chicken pieces.
- Stir fry for a while until the meat changes color.
- Add the water.
- Let boil.
- When it boils, add the Chinese herbs.
- Simmer until tender, around 2 hours
- Add the pepper and salt to taste.
- Dish up.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy
