Sibut Chinese Soup

  1. Wash the chicken pieces very well.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat up some oil in a big pot.
  4. Saute the garlic and ginger until fragant but not burnt.
  5. Add the chicken pieces.
  6. Stir fry for a while until the meat changes color.
  7. Add the water.
  8. Let boil.
  9. When it boils, add the Chinese herbs.
  10. Simmer until tender, around 2 hours
  11. Add the pepper and salt to taste.
  12. Dish up.
  13. Serve hot.
  14. Enjoy
