Slow Cooker Dressing Recipe

  1. Heat butter in skillet.
  2. Add in onion and celery and saute/fry till tender.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and parsley.
  4. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over cornbread.
  5. Add in Large eggs, broth and onion mix.
  6. If desired a moist dressing, more broth or possibly mushroom liquid may be added.
  7. Spoon dressing into slow cooker.
  8. Cover and set on high for 1 hour, then reduce to low to cook for 1-2 hrs.
