Fajita flank steak, with lime

  1. in a dish combine all ingredients except the steak, mix well.
  2. after mixing add steak coating both sides.
  3. cover and refrigerate over night.
  4. heat grill, place steak over medium heat.
  5. cook 8-10 on each side, flipping once and brushing excess marinade.
  6. once cooked to your liking, remove from grill, squeeze the juice of a lime (half) onto the steak.
  7. let sit for 15 minutes then slice.
