Spicy Tomato and Avocado Shrimp Dip
- 5 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 Sweet Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Red Tabasco Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Green Tabasco Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Cajun Chef Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Blackening Spice
- 2 pounds Cooked Shrimp, Chopped
- Fresh Lime Juice, To Taste, About 2 Limes
- 1/2 cups Water (optional)
- 2 Ripe Avocados, Chopped Into Bite-sized Chunks
- Combine the chopped tomatoes and the remaining ingredients (except water and avocado) in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- If you would like it a little saucier, add up to 1/2 cup cold water.
- Lightly mix in avocados and serve chilled with tortilla chips.
