Chicken Luncheon Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Cold.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise till smooth.
  4. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into a mold or possibly straight-sided dish (if you wish to serve salad cut into squares).
  6. Make day before serving or possibly very early in day.
  7. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
  8. For an elegant touch, add in white, seedless grapes to salad - they can be canned or possibly fresh.
