A.1. Pepper Steak

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add peppers; cook and stir 3 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Remove peppers from skillet with slotted spoon; set aside.
  5. Add meat to skillet; cook and stir 5 min.
  6. or until no longer pink.
  7. Return peppers to skillet.
  8. Stir in sherry.
  9. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  10. Stir in steak sauce; cook just until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  11. Spoon onto tortillas; roll up.
