Spicy Sausages and Rice
- 2 sausages
- 2 ounces rice
- 1 onion
- 1 stick celery
- 400 g tomatoes
- stock, cube
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- water
- Brown the sausages in a large pan, then add the onion, rice and celery and cook for a few minutes, stirring all the time.
- Add the tomatoes, stock cube, curry powder and a little water, cover and cook on a low heat for around 20 minutes, until the rice is tender.
- Serve with bread and lashings of baked beans.
