Breakfast In A Cup

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended.
  3. Mix shredded cheese into egg mixture.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Flatten out each biscuit into a circle and firmly press into greased regular muffin pan.
  6. They'll slide down to about 1 cm from top of cup.
  7. Divide egg mixture into each biscuit cup, about 2 tablespoons each.
  8. Bake for about 18 minutes, when eggs are set.
  9. Then add crumbled bacon to the top of each.
  10. Re-bake for about 5-7 more minutes.
  11. Let sit for about a minute then loosen from pan with knife.
  12. Serve with Tabasco, salsa, gravy, or syrup.
  13. Your choice!
  14. Enjoy!
