Mochi Pizza Made in a Frying Pan

  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, arrange the mochi pieces which have been cut in half, and pan-fry them over medium heat.
  2. Stick the mochi pieces together.
  3. Form a round shape while pressing down hard with a spatula.
  4. Turn off the heat when it becomes your desired size and thickness.
  5. Put stir-fried vegetables seasoned with ketchup and garlic powder on top of the mochi crust.
  6. Top with melting type cheese.
  7. Cover with a lid, and pan-fry over low heat.
  8. Once the cheese is melted, it's done.
  9. It's crispy, fluffy, chewy and nutritious.
  10. I can't ask for more that that.
