Mochi Pizza Made in a Frying Pan
- 5 pieces Mochi (rice cakes)
- 1 leftovers (as needed) Stir-fried vegetables
- 1 Ketchup
- 2 slice Easy melting cheese
- 1 Garlic powder
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, arrange the mochi pieces which have been cut in half, and pan-fry them over medium heat.
- Stick the mochi pieces together.
- Form a round shape while pressing down hard with a spatula.
- Turn off the heat when it becomes your desired size and thickness.
- Put stir-fried vegetables seasoned with ketchup and garlic powder on top of the mochi crust.
- Top with melting type cheese.
- Cover with a lid, and pan-fry over low heat.
- Once the cheese is melted, it's done.
- It's crispy, fluffy, chewy and nutritious.
- I can't ask for more that that.
