Mashed Potato Casserole

  1. Boil potatoes, drain and mash.
  2. Add onion salt and cool.
  3. Stir in chopped green onions to potatoes.
  4. Fold in sour cream.
  5. Put contents into in buttered casserole dish.
  6. Top with dots of butter.
  7. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  8. Before heating in oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese& paprika.
  9. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
