Easy With A Microwave, Sauce for Mitarashi Dango

• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Katakuriko
• 100 ml Water

1. Add the dissolved katakuriko to the dish from Step 1, and microwave for 30 seconds at 500-600 W, and then mix.
2. Repeat once more and your sauce should be done.
3. Add the dissolved katakuriko to the dish from Step 1, and microwave for 30 seconds at 500-600 W, and then mix.
4. Repeat this once more and your sauce should be done.
