- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 100 ml Water
- Add the dissolved katakuriko to the dish from Step 1, and microwave for 30 seconds at 500-600 W, and then mix.
- Repeat once more and your sauce should be done.
