Big Pot Hamburger Soup Recipe

  1. Use the leanest beef possible and drain the grease well.
  2. Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into desired-sized pcs.
  3. In large Dutch oven, brown grnd beef with the onion.
  4. Add in the potatoes, carrots and bouillon cubes and cover with water.
  5. Bring to a boil and then turn down to low and cook till potatoes and carrots are tender.
  6. Add in the corn and beans (including the liquid).
  7. Heat to a simmer.
  8. Serve right away or possibly allow to simmer longer if you wish.
  9. Season at the last minute.
  10. This recipe yields a very big pot of soup.
  11. Try freezing in individual portions.
