Raspberry and Rosemary Sundaes
- 2 cup raspberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp balsmic vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 peach ice cream
- Cook raspberries sugar vinegar rosemary and butter in a medium saucepan until the berries are heated through and the sugar is disolved.
- Serve over scoops of peach ice cream.
- Vanilla bean ice cream can be used if you don't like peach.
