Autumn Harvest Panini

  1. Preheat a panini press according to manufacturers instructions, or heat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Spread the outer side of each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Spread the mustard evenly over the other (non-buttered) side of two slices of bread.
  4. Layer with apple slices, cheese, turkey and kale.
  5. Top each with the remaining bread slices (buttered side facing out).
  6. Grill each sandwich for 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted.
  7. Remove from pan, cut in half and serve immediately.
