Autumn Harvest Panini
- 4 slices Whole Grain Bread
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Honey Dijon Mustard
- 1 HoneyCrisp Apple, Cored And Sliced
- 4 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 slices Deli Roasted Turkey
- 8 Baby Kale Leaves
- Preheat a panini press according to manufacturers instructions, or heat a grill pan over medium heat.
- Spread the outer side of each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Spread the mustard evenly over the other (non-buttered) side of two slices of bread.
- Layer with apple slices, cheese, turkey and kale.
- Top each with the remaining bread slices (buttered side facing out).
- Grill each sandwich for 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted.
- Remove from pan, cut in half and serve immediately.
