Creamy Chicken & Tomato Pasta Toss
- 3 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer bacon to paper towels with slotted spoon.
- Discard all but 1 Tbsp.
- drippings from skillet.
- Add chicken to reserved drippings; cook and stir 3 min.
- Stir in tomatoes; cook 5 to 6 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
- Add cream cheese; mix well.
- Cook and stir 2 min.
- or until cream cheese is melted.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add sauce; toss to coat.
- Top with bacon.
