Sherried Mushroom au Jus

  1. Saute mushrooms and onions in hot oil in medium stockpot on high heat 5 minutes.
  2. Add broth, sherry, steak sauce and thyme.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve as needed.
