Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza with Balsamic Glaze
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 can (213 mL) pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cups packed arugula
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar glaze
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into a 10x14-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge.
- Bake 10 min; top with cheese; bake 5 to 8 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown.
- Remove from oven; top with arugula and prosciutto; drizzle with glaze.
