Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza with Balsamic Glaze

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into a 10x14-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  5. Bake 10 min; top with cheese; bake 5 to 8 min.
  6. or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven; top with arugula and prosciutto; drizzle with glaze.
